The Spruce Scenes, Book V (sold)

Monday, October 3rd 2011 - Book 130 - In this production scene, I stopped my whining, and started to take some stock in all the good I had right there in front of me: a warm jacket, beautiful view, pleanty of food (a couple of beers left), radio stations from Seattle, and a sense of freedom that doesn't come along often. I put a little extra love (and colored yarn) in this one, so I hope you enjoy it. "I think I'm going to drink my last beer (for about a week) enjoying the view before the sun goes down. It likes to clear up before sunset out here. It's a tease...but I'm used to it by now."

PROP COSTS: $10.40 + (STORYTIME WORKED: 3hrs 30min x OUR EXCHANGE RATE (based on fed minimum wage): $7.25) = $35.78

This book now belongs to the Marketeer who visited my booth at Bumpershoot 2013 with his wife. I loved that he didn't really get too exited about the book until I opened a map page and started getting into the details of The Living City. The conversation we shared was one of my most memorable. I hope he enjoys the read. Thanks!
