Friday July, 1 2011 - Book 41 - Any break from the cold and drizzly rain of the northern Cascades was cause for celebration. I salvaged a "California Delight" orange box from my favorite dumpster at a Shell station outside of North Bend to make this cover. It was fitting. I spend most of this work scene thinking about how wonderful it was to see the sun! And I quote, "Today is our Independence Day. Today we will let the forces of darkness and drizzle and space invaders know that we will not slip quietly into the gloom without a fight!" Hoorah!
